Our story

The gap wasn't effort. It was attention.

Kinetic Precision started on a whiteboard in a wrestling room, because the problem it solves is one I ran into every season for eighteen years.

I've been coaching for eighteen years. For most of that time the limiting factor was never how hard athletes were willing to work. It was me.

An athlete comes in genuinely wanting to get better, and I can give that athlete a real plan — one built around their numbers, their sport, their season, the thing they're actually trying to do. I can do that for about ten people. Past ten, something gives. The eleventh gets a version of somebody else's program. The twentieth gets a printout and a good-luck. Not because anyone stopped caring — because writing a plan that genuinely fits one person takes hours, and there are only so many of those in a week.

The distance between how much an athlete wants to improve and how much personal attention one coach can actually deliver — that's the whole problem.

Every serious coach I know has hit this. You end up rationing the thing you're best at. And the athletes who need the individual attention most are usually the ones furthest from getting it, because the ones already at the top of the room are the easiest to see.

So I started writing down what I actually do when I build a plan for one person. It turns out it's always the same three answers, in the same order: where this athlete is right now, where they're trying to get to, and the structured path between the two. Everything else — the sets, the cycles, the testing — hangs off that spine. That's not a philosophy. That's just the work, written down.

Kinetic Precision is that process, built into something that can run for a hundred athletes without becoming generic for any of them. The coach still makes the decisions. The platform carries the part that used to cap how many people one coach could reach.

I'm still coaching while I build it. That's deliberate. Every workflow in here gets used in a real room, with real athletes, before it ships to anyone else.
